tuvuga's initial focus is global healthcare in emerging markets where disparities in economics, education and access to early and effective primary healthcare results in far too many individuals without their healthcare needs met.
The initial emphasis at BETA launch will be on Cancer and non-communicable diseases by removing the language barriers to conversations and bringing an understanding of cultural sensitivities to the healing processes.
We begin our work in global health with a partnership in telemedicine with a team of researchers and physicians from Harvard and Dana Farber.
In addition, we spent the last two years collaborating with many of the world’s leading organizations and leaders in Global Healthcare and Cancer, such as Patient Power, International Alliance of Patients’ Organizations (IAPO), Capracare, Latin American and Caribbean Society of Medical Oncology (SLACOM), Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), and Global Oncology (GO).
tuvuga is people-centric and therefore, patient-centric, designed and built to bring together those in need with those who have the ability for transformative change. Read about our 'Global Inclusion Initiative' using SMS technology. tuvuga is intended to give 'everyone a voice’ and create, through the platform, a Global ecosystem of conversation and collaboration on health issues, tests and treatments and clinical trials, and all without barriers, using everyday technology.
tuvuga is designed to include all stakeholders in the Healthcare industry
By tackling the intricate industry challenges of global healthcare first and achieving success with it, tuvuga will reap the benefits of that continuous learning curve to be well prepared to address the critical needs of all other multinational industries and organizations.
tuvuga's mission to be there for anyone, regardless of circumstances, is expressed in our Global Inclusion technology called tuGEMA, an SMS technology assisting those who have no internet connectivity.
